Due to the high number of entries, once your application has been received you will receive an email confirming whether your application has been successful, usually within 14 days.

One third of the agreed tender amount must be paid to the Club by 10 May 2026, with the remaining balance payable no later than 28 days prior to the show. In the event that the Supplier withdraws from trading after 10 July 2026, only 50% of the full tender payment will be refunded.

Please do not send any payment until this application has been formally approved.

Exhibitor camping is provided and includes free admission for two adults and two children. Additional passes may be granted at the section leader’s discretion. Any request for extra passes must be accompanied by a justification attached to this form, explaining your specific requirements.

This contract relates to a catering pitch at the Boconnoc Steam Fair 2026. From this point onward, Boconnoc Steam Fair LTD shall be referred to as the Club, and the company providing the catering service shall be referred to as the Supplier. Signing this contract confirms your agreement to, and adherence with, the conditions set out below.

The Supplier must be fully set up by Thursday evening, ready for trading on Friday morning. One third of the agreed tender amount must be paid to the Club by 10 May 2026, with the remaining balance payable no later than 28 days prior to the show.
